  • Code and workflow for the Behavioral Change Point Analysis (BCPA) for identifying discrete shifts in behaviorally heterogeneous animal movement tracks (or, for that matter, any correlated time-series, including irregularly sampled ones) has been posted by Eli here. (note: this is in part an experiment to see if making many links to this page will make it eventually show up in Google, which would be very nice. In the meantime, please click and enjoy! Or just click and run away! either should work.)
